The grant will allow the opportunity for one Surface Transportation Agency/Organization to have use of Crisis Information Management Software free for one year. Not only can the Agency/Organization use the software for Incidents and Emergencies but use it for Daily Operations, Training, and even use the built in simulator to run Exercises.
